Twitter is the word to talk about in the marketing industry! Twitter is the new social networking site that you could update your page 140 characters a tweet. Now to think about it processing 140 characters a tweet should not even stress their servers, but apparently they are. Good latency, fast response time and zero server down time is the key to a good online presence. This is how Google achieved their goals and how they rank number 1 as a search engine. From that statement alone it should give an idea to twitter developers that if they want to stay ahead of everything they need to fix this problem as it might turn down users that are not really familiar on how the system works. As of today twitter is still growing, Ashton Kutcher got his first million followers before CNN did on Friday early morning and Oprah Winfrey tweet for the first time in that same day. A lot has happened but still the slow latency on twitters network is not fix! They better do something about it before all will fall apart! I like twitter, the concept is awesome but fix latency problems or else I will use tweetdeck to tweet(LOL)
