They are hurting America by doing this so why do they even bother with this small brewery in Vermont? It not even like they are going to take them out of business! And with how the system work, why does Rock Art Brewery still have to pay to just defend his brand and livelihood? Thats just mess up and a CHANGE needs to be done!
