From Blockbuster to Netflix and now REDBOX! The movie vending machine is literally red! RedBox is where you can rent or buy DVD from a vending machine, just swipe your credit card and your ready to go. This is the cheapest way to rent DVD without waiting on them to come to your mail box. They can be found to your closest WalMart, Walgreens, and most McDonald restaurants. The system is really easy, you look for the DVD you want on the spot or reserve it online. Once you get to the RedBox automated kiosk, navigate using its touchscreen interface, follow the simple steps. Swipe your Visa or Mastercard (Debit or Credit) and it spits out the DVD you want to rent or buy. It charges $1.09 per night with a cut of time of 9PM local time the next day.

RedBox Notes

New releases are available every Tuesday.

1 free movie rental a month.

Promo Codes are sent out on Mondays and expires that night.

Sign-up for SMS and Email newsletters (You get your free movie this way!)

Reserve online to save time.

Locate RedBox kiosk from their website.

Does RedBox pave the way on what the future vending machine would look like? Drop me a comment and lets share some thoughts.
