Try thecapking, digikey, or mouser for Rubycon MCZ or ZL, United Chemi-Con KZE or KZH. The crappy Samwha WB capacitors used are the cause of this problem. Samwha's website says the WB were obsolete in 99 being replaced by their MK series.
