Did you have bad caps on this unit or you just change it, hoping it would fix the problem?

Use quality capacitors with a 105c termerature rating, low impedance, and a high ripple rating or you will be replacing them again. Try thecapking, digikey, or mouser for Rubycon MCZ or ZL, United Chemi-Con KZE or KZH. The crappy Samwha WB capacitors used are the cause of this problem. Samwha's website says the WB were obsolete in 99 being replaced by their MK series.

@Rob - As soon you turn on your TV, you will notice several clicking sound before it comes on. What's normal is, as soon you press the power button it should click only once.

I have a Samsung LN-T4042H. I hear the clicking sound when I turn the TV on and off. Does that mean I have a bad power supply and it will crap out soon? For as far as I remember, the clicking sound been there for as long as I can remember. I don't mind the clicking sound as long as it doesn't crap out on me.
