The backbone of Newegg is its customer service. This is one of the reason why I keep coming back purchasing my computer parts or other electronic items from this online store. Let me tell you this, I ordered some routers just this week. It was Monday, around 10AM I pressed that submit button to process my order. Within an hour I received a notice that my order was processed and shipped. The very next morning I check my tracking number through UPS’ website and its status was “OUT FOR DELIVERY“, so unbelievable! Props also to USP! Keep up that good work!

Now that I have said most of the awesome stuff from Newegg, let me tell you the only thing I hate when I shop from them. Well, I live in Tennessee and Newegg has shipping center in Memphis Tennessee and do you know what that means? Yes, I have to pay Taxes on my purchases and that’s the only down side shopping with them.
