Centennial Park is very close to my work. The days where my wife has the early morning schedule, I tend to have a lot of time in the morning. Perfect for Sunrise shoots. The first time she had this schedule, I was so excited that I’m going to take some sunrise shoots of the Parthenon but darn, it end up raining that morning. Good thing the light bulb turned on that morning and thought about reflection shoots. Check it out where I got a really cool reflection photo of the Parthenon.
On this blog post, I have an HDR image of the Parthenon. Sometimes it is hard to show the actual scene without applying any HDR technique on your images. There’s actually a combination of 3 images. It was a bracketed shot. The only problem I had is that I don’t have Photomatix or any software that combine 3 images. Well I do have one in Photoshop but it’s crap! So, I have to combine this the old school way, overlapping the images and start erasing and masking it! My process was open everything on Photoshop, then do all my development on Lightroom 3.
Did you know that Lightroom 3 has some awesome noise reduction built it to it? Let me know what you think of my image by leaving a comment.
